Key Updates:
Student Learning Conferences- Booking opens Tuesday at 4:00 pm
Student Learning Conferences will take place on November 27-28, 2025. Parents will have the opportunity to book a conference time with their child’s teacher to discuss learning. Conferences will be available to book through your MyCBE account either in-person or online through our conference booking system. Please see the link for instructions on How to Book a School Conference.

8:45 am - 3:00 pm Kindergarten Conferences Only (No School for K Students)
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Grade 1-6 Conferences

Outdoor Clothing and Shoes
Winter Weather is fast approaching! Please ensure that your child has the following each day at school:
1. Indoor Shoes – To keep learning spaces clean, all students need to ensure they change into indoor shoes once inside the school.
2. Warm Outerwear – Please ensure that your child arrives at school with warm clothing to go outside.
This includes but is not limited to: Hats, mittens/gloves, scarves, a winter coat, snow pants and boots. Students will be going outside for recess, lunch and class activities when the temperature is above -20 degrees Celsius.
Inclement Weather
CBE Guidelines recommend that students remain inside when the outdoor temperature reaches -20 Celsius or colder with the windchill. We are unable to provide separate indoor supervision for students who are not dressed for the weather or who are ill. Please see our webpage for more information: Cold Weather Days
Healthy Hunger - Fun Lunch/Fun Snack
Fun Lunch:
· available to Grades 1-6 students (no Kindergarten orders)
- delivered to classrooms at the beginning of the eating portion of lunch
Fun Snack:
- available to all students (K-6)
- delivered to classrooms in the morning to be handed out by teachers
- Students can enjoy their snack in the morning or take it home
