Key Updates:
Yellow School Bus Registration - 2026 – 2027
Families are now able to apply for yellow school bus service for the 2026-27 school year. Registration must be received by the deadline to ensure students are added to routes for the first day of classes next year. Learn more about service levels and proposed fees on the CBE Transportation page.

2026 Stampede Parking Committee
The 2026 Stampede Parking Fundraiser is fast approaching and while organizing is ongoing, the Ramsay School Parents Association is still looking for volunteers to take on important roles in the Stampede Fundraising Committee.

Enrolment Intentions for 2026-2027
Please contact the office if your enrolment intentions for 2026 – 2027 have changed and you are no longer planning to attend Ramsay School. This helps our school with early planning of staff and classroom capacity.
Volunteers
Parents and guardians are able to register to volunteer online through the SchoolEngage tab in their own MyCBE account. Members of the community without a child in the system can also create a SchoolEngage account.
Schools will continue to follow the process for generating e-Pic letters for volunteers who want to apply in person at Calgary Police Service Westwinds Campus. All other volunteers will receive an email from policesolutions with a link to follow to complete their clearance application form and redeem the voucher for payment. When volunteers have their clearance document (PIC VS), it can also be uploaded and shared directly with the school through the SchoolEngage account. Schools and volunteers can see their application status and if more information is required by the school to complete the process to volunteer.

Absence / Lates
If your child is going to be absent or late please call the office before school begins at 403-777-6790 to let us know. This will help us ensure all students are safe and that their attendance record will be accurate.
