Key Updates:
Lost and Found Notice
You are welcome to come and check our lost and found for items that might belong to your child OR please have your child check the lost and found and remind them to take items home that belong to them. We are not able to store these items for long term, therefore, all items left after December 22, 2023 will be donated.
Ramsay Food Challenge
This year we will be collecting non-perishable food items for the Calgary Food bank. Our grade 2 & 5 classes are inviting everyone to participate in the Ramsay Food Challenge, where classes will be working to collect the most food for the Calgary Food Bank. If you would like to donate, please have your students bring non-perishable food items to their class before December 22.
Inclement Weather
Students will be going outside for recess and lunch in most conditions (this includes light rain). CBE Guidelines recommend that students remain inside only when the temperature reaches -20 Celsius or colder. A rain coat and appropriate outdoor footwear should be worn in rainy conditions. We are unable to provide separate indoor supervision for students not dressed for the weather or who are ill. If students are too sick to bundle up and go outside then they should not be at school. Absence / Lates
If your child is going to be absent or late please call the office before school begins at 403-777-6790 to let us know. This will help us ensure all students are safe and that their attendance record will be accurate. Once you have reached the office:
1. Press 1, and leave your message on the Attendance Line
2. Please let us know your child’s first and last name, teacher; and the reason for the absence.
