School Council is currently recruiting new executive members for the 2026/27 school year. Two experienced members will stay on (as Chair and Past Chair), but 4 members are leaving us as their kids move on to new schools next year. It’s a great way to give back to the school community, meet other parents, and the commitment level is only approximately 2-4 hours per month during the school year.
What do we do?
- We run the School Council meetings (approx. 6 per year)
- Plan fun activities for students – like dances, ice cream days, and other social events!
- Connect with the Ramsay School Parent Association (fundraising and budgeting team)

Interested in School Council but can’ t commit to join the Executive? All Ramsay School parents are School Council members. Come to our next meeting and AGM on June 3! Stay informed on school activities and events! Get to know the principals, teachers, and other parents, and learn what is happening at the school and in the classroom. Everyone is welcome.
