Student Learning Conferences:
Conferences are an opportunity for parents and guardians to speak to teachers about their child’s current achievement and progress, along with programming information. The Conference Scheduler will open to families who wish book conferences on March 8 at 4:00 pm. If you are having trouble booking or need assistance please reach out to our main office 403-777-6790, we are always happy to help.

Student Safety
To help us ensure all students are safe arriving and departing school, please remember the following:
- Use crosswalks when crossing the street.
- Absolutely NO Drop off or Pick up in the Staff Parking lot.
- No Parking in the bus zones or Staff Parking Lot. Please follow street signage for available parking around the school.
Inclement Weather
Students will be going outside for recess and lunch in most conditions (this includes light rain/snow). CBE Guidelines recommend that students remain inside only when the temperature reaches -20 Celsius or colder. We are unable to provide separate indoor supervision for students not dressed for the weather or who are ill. If students are too sick to bundle up and go outside then they should not be at school. Absence / Lates
If your child is going to be absent or late please call the office before school begins at 403-777-6790 to let us know. Leaving email messages are great but don’t always get to the right person in a timely manner. This will help us ensure all students are safe and that their attendance record will be accurate. Once you have reached the office:
- Press 1, and leave your message on the Attendance Line
- Please let us know your child’s first and last name, teacher; and the reason for the absence.
